These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the 2jet platform — including the sportsbook, casino, slots, payment systems, bonuses, and all associated services. Each individual may hold exactly one 2jet account. Duplicate registrations — regardless of the email, mobile number, or device used — constitute a breach of these Terms. 2jet reserves the right to close duplicates and forfeit associated bonus balances.
All bonuses, free spins, and promotional offers are subject to individual wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting applicable playthrough conditions will result in the forfeiture of those bonus funds.
2jet only processes withdrawals to payment methods that have been used for deposits on the same account, or to a verified bank account in the account holder's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
Fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, use of automated betting scripts, match-fixing participation, money laundering, and multi-accounting are all strictly prohibited on 2jet. Accounts involved in any of these activities will be permanently suspended without notice.
2jet does not guarantee uninterrupted service. In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect payout or void bet, 2jet reserves the right to correct the error. Any winnings derived from a manifest technical error are not payable.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following expressions shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
By accessing the 2jet platform — whether by visiting the website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full, together with the 2jet Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform. These documents constitute the entire agreement between you and 2jet.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 2jet platform and, if applicable, request account closure. Continued use of the platform following any published update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.
These Terms are published in English and govern your relationship with 2jet in their English form. Any translation provided is for convenience only and the English version prevails in the event of any inconsistency.
Registration on 2jet is open to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria simultaneously:
Registration requires provision of an active Pakistani mobile number or email address, a strong password, and accurate personal information including full legal name and date of birth. You warrant that all information provided during registration is complete, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
One Account Policy: Each player is permitted one (1) active account on 2jet. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — regardless of the login credentials, device, or payment method used — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 2jet account credentials, including your password and any one-time verification codes (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. 2jet will never request your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.
You agree to notify 2jet immediately — via live chat support — if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. Until such notification is received and confirmed, you remain responsible for all activity conducted through your account. 2jet shall not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
You are responsible for ensuring that no person under the age of 21 has access to your 2jet account credentials or the devices on which you are logged in. 2jet recommends enabling account-level two-factor authentication (2FA/OTP) as an additional security measure.
5.1 Deposits. 2jet accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit is PKR 100. All deposit methods are subject to availability and may carry individual transaction limits. Deposit processing times vary — JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited instantly; bank transfers may take 15–30 minutes. 2jet charges no platform-side fee for standard deposits.
5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposits, or to a verified bank account held in the account holder's name. 2jet does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Before your first withdrawal, you may be required to complete KYC verification by submitting a copy of your CNIC or passport. Standard withdrawal processing time is less than one (1) hour for JazzCash and EasyPaisa; bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day.
5.3 Currency. The 2jet platform operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for all transactions by Pakistani users. Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are converted to PKR at the prevailing market rate at the time the transaction is confirmed on-chain.
5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. A minimum of one (1) qualifying real-money wager must be placed before a withdrawal request will be processed. This condition is intended to prevent the platform from being used as a payment processing intermediary. 2jet reserves the right to request additional documentation before authorising withdrawal requests that are unusual in size, frequency, or origin.
Anti-Money Laundering. 2jet operates in compliance with applicable international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Any account showing patterns consistent with money laundering or fraudulent activity will be immediately suspended pending investigation. Funds identified as proceeds of crime will not be returned.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and any other promotional incentives offered by 2jet are governed by these general Terms together with the specific bonus terms published at the time of each promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific bonus terms shall prevail for the duration of that promotion.
7.1 Placement of Bets. A bet is considered final and binding once it has been accepted and confirmed by the 2jet system. Bets placed after an event has commenced (in-play betting) are subject to the odds displayed at the precise moment of acceptance, which may differ from odds displayed at the time of initiation due to latency.
7.2 Obvious Errors. 2jet reserves the right to void or correct any bet placed at odds that were clearly erroneous — whether due to typographical errors, data feed failures, or system malfunction. A "palpably incorrect" price is defined as one that deviates materially from true market value at the time of acceptance. Players who exploit obvious pricing errors do so in breach of these Terms.
7.3 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void at 2jet's sole discretion if: the event is cancelled, abandoned, or otherwise does not reach a natural conclusion; if the market is suspended and the bet was placed during suspension; or if the bet was placed on an event affected by information not publicly available at the time of acceptance.
7.4 Maximum Winnings. 2jet may apply maximum payout limits per event or per market. These limits are displayed within the relevant markets on the platform. Any winnings in excess of the published maximum payout for a given market will be capped at that maximum.
All casino and slot games available on 2jet Casino are operated using independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, or — in the case of live dealer tables — using real physical equipment under professional supervision. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and reflect independently audited figures.
8.1 Technical Failures. In the event of a game disconnection during an active casino session, the outcome of any round in progress at the time of disconnection shall be determined by the game's own crash recovery system. Where no crash recovery data exists, the round will be voided and the stake returned. 2jet is not liable for losses attributable to Player-side internet connectivity failures.
8.2 Game Rules. Each game title published on 2jet is governed by its own specific rules, displayed within the game interface. It is the Player's responsibility to read and understand the rules of each game before wagering. 2jet accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 2jet platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
2jet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — if it reasonably believes that the account holder has breached these Terms, is engaged in fraudulent activity, poses a risk to the integrity of the platform, or has failed to complete required verification within the stipulated timeframe.
Upon closure of an account for breach of these Terms, 2jet reserves the right to retain any balance in the account (real money and bonus) pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, any funds derived from the breach may be permanently forfeited. Legitimate real-money deposits not connected to any breach will be returned to the originating payment method after the investigation is complete.
You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 2jet support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any outstanding real-money balance at the time of closure will be withdrawn to your registered payment method after applicable verification.
All content on the 2jet platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, software, game interfaces, odds data, text, and promotional material — is the exclusive property of 2jet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms confers on you any right, title, or interest in any 2jet intellectual property.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 2jet platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of 2jet content without express written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 2jet's total aggregate liability to you — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
2jet shall not be liable for: loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform; losses arising from internet connectivity failures on your side; losses arising from your failure to follow account security best practices; or losses attributable to game outcomes on certified RNG or live dealer games.
Nothing in this clause shall exclude or limit 2jet's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
The collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal data in connection with your use of the 2jet platform is governed by the 2jet Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.
2jet collects personal data strictly for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and service improvement. Personal data is not sold to third parties. Data retention periods are defined in the Privacy Policy.
2jet is committed to promoting responsible gambling. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 2jet holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 2jet's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration forums designated by the applicable licensing authority.
For Pakistani users, 2jet's internal dispute resolution process is the first point of contact for all complaints. Disputes should be submitted in writing to the 2jet support team with a clear description of the issue, supporting evidence, and the outcome sought. 2jet aims to resolve all complaints within 14 business days of receipt.
2jet reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered users via email or platform notification at least seven (7) days before they take effect, except where a change is required by law or by a licensing authority, in which case it may take effect immediately.
The current version of these Terms — including the effective date — is always published on this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the 2jet platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
