The 2jet platform ("2jet", "we", "us", "our") is an internationally licensed online gaming platform accessible at 2jet.bid, operated for the benefit of Pakistani players and other users globally where access is permitted. 2jet acts as the data controller for all personal data collected through the platform, meaning we determine the purposes and means of processing your personal information.

The 2jet platform is strictly for users aged 21 years and above. 2jet does not knowingly collect, process, or retain personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If you are under 21, you must not register for or use the 2jet platform.
If 2jet becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21 without appropriate parental or guardian consent, that data will be immediately deleted and the associated account permanently closed. 21+ Strictly Enforced. 2jet verifies age at the point of significant withdrawal requests. Providing false age information is a breach of the 2jet Terms and Conditions and may constitute a criminal offence in certain jurisdictions.

Response Timelines: 2jet will acknowledge receipt of your request within five (5) business days and resolve it within thirty (30) calendar days. If the complexity or volume of requests requires additional time, you will be notified before the 30-day deadline, and the extension will not exceed a further 60 days.
Right to Withdraw Consent: Where processing is based on your consent (such as marketing communications), you may withdraw consent at any time via account settings or by contacting support. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
Complaints: If you are unsatisfied with 2jet's handling of your personal data or a rights request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection supervisory authority in the jurisdiction under which 2jet operates.
2jet uses certain categories of your personal and gaming data specifically in the context of our responsible gaming obligations. This includes analysing your wagering patterns, deposit frequency, session lengths, and any self-declared limits or concerns to identify potential signs of problem gambling. This processing is carried out in the interests of player welfare and is a condition of 2jet's international gaming licence.
