Your Data Is Never Sold

2jet does not sell, rent, or commercially transfer your personal information to any third party for their own marketing or commercial purposes. Your data is used exclusively to operate and improve your 2jet experience and to comply with legal obligations.

256-Bit Encryption in Transit

All personal data transmitted between your device and 2jet servers is encrypted using TLS 1.3 with 256-bit AES encryption. Your login credentials, payment details, and personal information are never sent in plain text across any connection.

Minimum Necessary Collection

2jet collects only the personal data that is genuinely necessary for account registration, identity verification, payment processing, and legal compliance. We do not collect data speculatively or for purposes unrelated to your use of the platform.

You Control Your Data

You have the right to access, correct, export, and in certain circumstances request deletion of the personal data 2jet holds about you. These rights can be exercised by contacting our support team at any time. Requests are processed within 30 days.

Defined Retention Periods

2jet retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law. Transaction records and KYC documents are retained for a minimum of five years under applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

Breach Notification

In the unlikely event of a data breach that poses a risk to your personal data, 2jet will notify affected users without undue delay and, where required by applicable regulation, notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach.

What 2jet Knows About You

2jet collects personal data in several distinct categories depending on how you interact with the platform. The table below shows what we collect, why, and on what legal basis — before the detailed policy text that follows.

Identity Data
Full name, date of birth, CNIC / passport number. Collected at registration and KYC. Required for age verification and anti-fraud compliance.
Contact Data
Pakistani mobile number, email address. Used for account access, OTP delivery, and support communications.
Financial Data
JazzCash / EasyPaisa account references, bank account details (where provided), transaction history. Used for payment processing and AML compliance.
Behavioural / Gaming Data
Bet history, game sessions, deposit and withdrawal patterns. Used for account management, bonus application, and responsible gaming monitoring.
Technical Data
Device type, OS, browser, IP address, session timestamps. Used for security, fraud detection, and platform optimisation. Not used to identify you personally in isolation.
